  • What forms of payment do you take?
    We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as well as debit cards from over 100 countries (you can see the full list when you add your credit card at checkout). We also accept payments via PayPal. We currently do not accept prepaid Visa, Mastercard, or American Express Giftcards.
  • How do I change my email address ?
    It's super simple! Just log into your account using your old email address and click on 'edit email address/password' under My Info Once these changes have been made, hit continue and your changes will be saved!
  • How I can contact you?
    There's loads of ways! Please visit our contact us page for details of how to get in touch.
  • What are my delivery options?
  • Where do I enter my promo code?
    You can enter your promo code under “Gift Card Code” at check out. Once you hit “Apply” it will automatically be applied to your purchase.
  • What should I do if I've forgotten my password?
    Forgot your password? On your account page click the 'forgot password' option and follow the steps to reset. Still having issues? Hit us up and we'll see how we can help.
  • What is your return policy?
    All purchases* (including purchases made at brick-and-mortar locations and Choose What You Pay purchases made online) may be returned within 60 days of the purchase date. Note that once you have started your return online, you have 30 days to send the item back to us. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and unaltered. You must include any original packaging, including all tags or boxes the item came with. Refunds can be issued for store credit** or to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. If your order used store credit as the sole payment method, that specific purchase can only be returned for store credit. If you would like your store credit returned to a credit card or PayPal account that has been used to purchase at Milliner within the past 6 months, please get in touch.
  • What is your exchange policy?
    We aren't able to offer automatic exchanges right now, so instead, we provide a combination of free returns, U.K. free shipping, and store credit for all U.K. orders to make sure you receive the correct size. To get this going, head over to [milliner.com/returns] and click “Create return for store credit”. After answering a few questions we’ll send over a prepaid return shipping label. After you ship the package back to us and the warehouse receives it, our warehouse will process your return and we’ll email you about your store credit refund. You can then use this store credit to make your exchange purchase.
